Resolved Question: What country should I travel?

I've been to Jamaica before. I loved it. I can speak a bit of Spain Spanish so a Spanish Speaking Country like Spain would be great. I also LIKE warm weather, but cool/mild is ok too. But I always wanted to go to Italy..Or Greece or Japan..Even Australia. Even England. Maybe a country in Africa like South Africa. I live in Pennsylvania in the United States. Spain? Italy? Greece? Japan? Australia? England? An African Country? Portugal *How much would a round trip ticket be? *Is the US dollar worth more or not? and how much is their dollar? *What are the pros and cons of a particular country? *The weather? (I know England is actually mild) *Any other suggestions? PS. i made friends at school from Egypt (I don't really want to go there though), Morocco, Brazil, South Africa, Congo, and Mali. I have family in England. can u explain WHY and not just name a country. thanks this is actually serious.
